Maintenance Task
Once you have created your rules, please go to the Maintenance Tasks tab and run the Recalculate Region Assignment. This will need to be run anytime you create a new rule or make changes to existing rules.
Verify Changes
After the Maintenance task is run, please find a record that meets the rule you set up. The Region field should appear on the record under their name.
Queries
After you have configured the Region calculations and ran the Maintenance Task, you will be able to grab that field in the queries. In the output field, you will need to add the Regions field. This will then display the Region associated with the contact or organization.
