While change is exciting, it can also be intimidating! For members who weren’t involved in the process of switching AMS providers, the new portal may take some time to get used to. Not to fear — you can help them get started on the right foot!
Because Rhythm is an entirely new system, your members will need to create a new account to access the member portal. Having clear instructions for how to do so on your welcome page is a good place to start.
Still, some members may be visual learners or prefer to see the process in action. We’ve seen customers make short videos to walk through to sign-up process, and they’ve had great success.

Some things we really love about this video:
- The speaker explains the purpose of the video and what will be covered
- They speak clearly and with enthusiasm
- They emphasize that first-time visitors will need to create a new account. This is a common point of confusion during account creation, and something to acknowledge directly
- The video is comprehensive yet short, sweet, and consumable
