The welcome page is the first page your users will see before logging into your member portal. This is an opportunity to introduce them to the new system for the first time and guide their next steps.
Rhythm provides some basic welcome page copy for you to use — we recommend using this as a starting point, adjusting any language as needed to create a more clear or helpful member experience.
When designing your welcome page, there are a few things to consider:
- Background Image: Use a high-resolution image that is relevant to your members. It doesn’t have to be plain, but it shouldn’t be too distracting or make the webpage copy difficult to read. File format? PNG.
- Copy: Be sure the copy is clear, actionable, and easy to read. We recommend testing the page to ensure the font size is large enough for users to read without strain, and we also recommend checking to make sure there’s enough contrast between the font color and the background color.
- Content Organization: You know your members best, so consider their experience when organizing the content on your welcome page. Using headers, bolded copy, and linked call-to-action (CTA) buttons, you can help them navigate more easily.

If using a different email address than is on your current account, no problem! We’ll go through some steps to verify it’s you. Please note: each time you use a different login method, you must use the "Sign Up" tab.
