Order Contact/Organization 360 Screens

Viewing Order Contact/Organization 360

• You can view the order app profile for a contact/organization two ways:
• If you are in the Orders & Inventory app and use the universal search at the top of the screen to find a contact/organization, you will be taken to its Orders 360 screen
• If you are viewing a contact/organization’s CRM record, you can click on the Orders tag on their profile to view its Orders profile
• When viewing a record’s order profile, you will see the following information:
  • Order History
  • Shipments
  • Returns & Cancellations
  • Open Installment Plans
