Stores
Rhythm allows you to create one or more online stores that can offer merchandise to your customers in the portal.
- To manage accounting projects, go to Orders & Inventory in the app menu at the top of the screen.
- On the left navigation menu, click Setup.
- Click on Stores.
- You will see a list of existing online stores. You can hover over an existing item to edit or delete it.
- To create a new one, click the Create Store button.
- You will be prompted to enter the following information:
- Merchandise Options - You can set the store to offer all merchandise products, only certain products by category, or all categories except certain ones
- You will be required to enter in a name, business unit, merchant account, and bank account.
- Click Save Changes to complete.
Variants
In Rhythm, variants are used to sell items in multiple variations (eg. shirts with multiple sizes). You can create shared variants that can be associated across multiple products and variants specifically associated with a product.
- To manage accounting projects, go to Orders & Inventory in the app menu at the top of the screen.
- On the left navigation menu, click Setup.
- Click on Catalog, then Shared Variant Options.
- You will see a list of shared variant options. You can hover over an existing item to edit or delete it.
- To create a new one, click the Create Shared Variant Option button.
- You will be prompted to select the type of variant, which will affect how the field is displayed.
- You will need to enter in the values that the customer can select.
- Click Save Changes to complete.
- On the left navigation menu, click Catalog, then Merchandise.
- Click on the Create Merchandise button or hover over a product and click on the edit icon.
- On the Create Merchandise screen, you can enable variants. You will have the ability to associate a product with a shared variant using the Add Shared Variant Option. You can also add a new variant option for the product by clicking Add Variant Option. Once added, click Save Changes on the product to complete.
Modifiers
Rhythm allows you to create one or more online stores that can offer merchandise to your customers in the portal. You can create shared modifiers that can be associated across multiple products and modifiers specifically associated with a product.
