From the app menu at the top of the screen, click on Orders & Inventory.
In the left navigation menu, click on Orders.
On the Orders homepage, you can run a search using basic or advanced criteria.
You can set additional search parameters and click Search.
On the results screen, you can click on an order to view it.
Viewing an Order
When viewing an order, you will have the ability to view key information about the order including:
Related Transactions - Invoice and Payments
Shipments
Cancellations and Returns
Batch Information
Installments
Editing an Order
When viewing an order, you can select the Update Order Details option under the Order Options menu.
When editing order detail, you can edit the billing information associated with the order, enter a P/O Number, and special instructions.
Cancelling an Order
When viewing an order, you can click on the Cancel Items button.
You will have the ability to select the items and quantities to cancel.
You will be able to select:
Process a refund or a credit
Whether to proceed with the cancellation if the refund cannot be processed through the gateway.
Click Process Cancellation to complete.
Shipping an Order
When viewing an order that has an Awaiting Shipping status, you can click on the Ship Order button.
When shipping an order, you will have the ability to:
Set the quantity shipped for all shippable items on the order
Enter in a shipping description and tracking number
Enter in the item’s weight and shipping dimensions
Enter packing slip notes and internal notes
Click Create Shipment to mark the order as shipped.
A shipment will be associated with the order. When clicking the View Shipment button from the Shipments one-click, you will see all key shipment information.
Returning an Order
When viewing an order in Shipped status, you can click on the Return Items button.
You will have the ability to select the items and quantities to return.
