From the app menu at the top of the screen, click on Orders & Inventory.
In the left navigation menu, click on Shipping.
You will be taken to the Shipping and Fulfillment overview screen, where you will see the following:
Awaiting Shipping - Orders that have been processed with items that need to be shipped out. Next to each item, you will see a Ship Order button. For items fulfilled via in-store pickup, you will see a Deliver Button. When shipping an order, you will have the ability to:
Set the quantity shipped for all shippable items on the order
Enter in a shipping description and tracking number
Enter in the item’s weight and shipping dimensions
Enter packing slip notes and internal notes
Awaiting Payment - Orders with shippable items purchased that have not been paid
Awaiting Pickup - Items fulfilled via in-store pickup that have not been delivered
Returns - Any items that have been purchased and returned by the customer
