From the app menu at the top of the screen, click on Orders & Inventory.
In the left navigation menu, click on Inventory.
You will be taken to the Inventory Overview screen where you will see the following:
Inventory Statistics
Number of Products
Number of Items on Order
Total Inventory Value
Number of Alerts
Inventory Alerts - Products that have passed their reorder points
Inventory at a Glance - For each product where inventory is tracked, you will see the following information:
Warehouse/Bin
Quantity on Hand
Quantity Committed
Quantity Available
Quantity Backordered
Quantity on Order
Quantity Reserved
Status
Viewing Product Inventory 360
From the app menu at the top of the screen, click on Orders & Inventory.
In the left navigation menu, click on Inventory.
You will be taken to the Inventory Overview screen.
Clicking on a product name will take you to the Product Inventory 360 screen, where you will see the following information:
Warehouse/Bin
Quantity on Hand
Quantity Committed
Quantity Available
Quantity Backordered
Quantity on Order
Quantity Reserved
Quantity Defective
Reorder Point
You will have the ability to view all transactions associated with the product:
Inventory Receipts
Purchase Orders
Creating a Purchase Order
From the app menu at the top of the screen, click on Orders & Inventory.
In the left navigation menu, click on Inventory.
You will be taken to the Inventory Overview screen.
Clicking on a product name will take you to the Product Inventory 360 screen.
Under the Product Inventory Options menu, click Record Purchase Order.
You will be prompted to select a warehouse, enter in a quantity and unit cost.
Click Process Purchase Order to complete.
Creating a Purchase Order
From the app menu at the top of the screen, click on Orders & Inventory.
In the left navigation menu, click on Inventory.
You will be taken to the Inventory Overview screen.
Clicking on a product name will take you to the Product Inventory 360 screen.
Under the Product Inventory Options menu, click Record Purchase Order.
You will be prompted to select a warehouse, enter in a quantity and unit cost.
Click Process Purchase Order to complete.
Receiving Inventory
From the app menu at the top of the screen, click on Orders & Inventory.
In the left navigation menu, click on Inventory.
You will be taken to the Inventory Overview screen.
Clicking on a product name will take you to the Product Inventory 360 screen.
Under the Product Inventory Options menu, click Record Purchase Order.
You will be prompted to select a purchase order and enter the number of units to receive (the number cannot exceed the amount available from the purchase order).
