You’ve always been able to use a public payment link for membership dues, but now you can include that link directly in your billing run reminders and notices.
This update means members can pay right from the email—no login required. When they enter their email, the system automatically ties the payment to their account, so everything shows up next time they sign in.

Now, let’s hop into the Membership app and update one of your templates!
ADD PUBLIC PAYMENT LINK MERGE FIELD TO AN EXISTING MEMBERSHIP BILLING RUN NOTICE
- Navigate to the Membership + Committees App.
- Select Setup.
- Select Billing.
- Select Notices.
- Edit the desired Notice.
- Search public within the notice Merge Fields.
- Select Public Payment Link merge field.
- Paste the merge field into the template.
- Click Save Changes.
