Contacts + Organizations

- We’ve enhanced Rhythm’s query engine with the ability to filter by a record's country of residence — available for both contacts and organizations. Better yet, you can search multiple countries at a time to deliver more tailored, valuable content!

- Information now populates as expected on the Organization Contacts page within the portal.
- Contact and organization records are now viewable without error in the console.
- Contact form defaults (configured within the console) can be updated and applied without error.
Finance + Billing

- GL codes now appear in product configurations, reducing the risk of errors and creating a more streamlined experience for all.
- Organization invoices were being categorized as individual invoices, which just isn’t right. We’ve fixed that.
- Canceled order transactions will now be allocated to the correct batch, as defined by your configured batch assignment rules.
- It’s important to be able to view transaction information all in one place. Now, credit card information populates in the applicable transaction 360 records.
Membership + Committees

- We’ve made a fix to merge fields, so your staff can list “sections” in emails without error.
- Committee term hyperlinks, date restrictions, and the “Save” functionality work as intended.
- Chapter members display properly in the portal — and now they can be edited as well.
Meetings + Shows
đź’ˇ NEW + IMPROVED
- When configuring your event registration packages, you can now specify certain function availability. Make sure your VIP members are the only ones who get access to the black-tie dinner, or open all available functions to general attendees — the choice is yours!

- Abstract submissions were lingering in the system, even after they’d been deleted. The engineering team made a couple of fixes, and you’ll find that abstracts can now be deleted in the console without error.
- Co-author speaker names will display on the Abstract 360 in the console, so you can get a comprehensive picture of each session at a glance.
- We fixed an issue that was preventing the purchase of Booths for Exhibit Shows.
Certifications
đź’ˇ NEW + IMPROVED
- Instead of having to manually vet all your certification applications, we’ve added a new feature that will allow you to automatically approve them. Just set the criteria required to qualify for approval, and the system will do the rest!

- Courses are now properly viewable in the portal.
- We tweaked the overview screen KPI chart to display accurately in the console.
Orders + Inventory
