🛠 FIXES

• Fixed an issue where users could receive duplicate confirmation emails after registration in the Certifications, Memberships, and Fundraising apps.

Contacts + Organizations

• Fixed an issue where searching for a contact by number could return a blank result instead of the correct contact.

Finance + Billing

🛠 FIXES

• Large batches post reliably again. Fixed an issue where oversized payloads could stop batches from posting.
• Need a receipt? The “Print this Receipt” button in the portal is back to doing its job.
• Fixed an issue where styling updates to tables in payment receipts were not applied.

Membership + Committees

💡 NEW

• Need more control over how chapters are assigned? You can now set up chapter assignment mappings with rules based on postal codes, states, or countries, plus choose whether chapters are suggested by distance, mapping rules, or custom logic.

🛠 FIXES

• Deferrals now stay in sync with membership orders. When an order is canceled, its related deferrals are automatically canceled so duplicate or outdated entries don’t appear.
• Free memberships should still behave like memberships. We fixed a bug where using a 100% off coupon could stop the membership record and application from being created.
• Fixed a bug where the Change Affiliation process completed but the new chapter did not appear on the membership. 
• Membership snapshots should show the full picture. We fixed a bug where some active memberships could be left out when running historical snapshot queries.
• Fixed a permissions issue that allowed non-members to see committees marked as Members Only.
• Fixed an issue where the chapter field did not appear as a dropdown in the member directory.

Meetings + Shows

💡 NEW

• Presenter names can now be added to abstract emails. Use the new merge field to automatically include the presenter’s name in abstract-related messages.

🛠 FIXES

• Choosing Pay Later or Bill to Organization should not sideline the registration. We fixed the workflow so those registrations stay active as expected.
• Fixed an issue where uploading a logo during exhibitor registration could prevent the order from processing.
• Registrants can now add functions when modifying their registration in the portal. Fixed an issue that prevented functions from being added during the modify registration process.
• Fixed an issue where guest registrations could appear twice in Registration 360 after selecting Pay Later and later completing the payment.
• Fixed an issue where duplicate tickets could appear in registration details when only one ticket was purchased.
• Fixed an issue where registrations paid with store credit could remain in draft status, allowing duplicate registrations to occur. Registrations now move to active as expected.
• Sessions now save correctly with global event speakers. Fixed an issue that caused an error when adding globally created speakers to a session.

Accreditations

🛠 FIXES

• Resolved an issue that prevented administrators from editing or removing the Other Info section in the accreditation form.

Orders + Inventory

🛠 FIXES

• Improved data consistency by ensuring event registrations can be properly linked with their corresponding orders. 
• Coupon usage reporting now includes $0 discount scenarios.
• A free item should not make the whole order look paid. We fixed a bug that caused orders with both $0 and paid items to appear as completed before payment was received.
• Fixed an issue where orders could remain open after the invoice was paid or the order amount was updated to $0. Orders now update to completion as expected.

Submissions + Reviews

💡 NEW

• Editing submissions just got less cluttered. You will now only see the fields that were actually set up on the form.

Portals + Microsites

🛠 FIXES

• Searching the directory with the full state name now works as expected. We fixed a bug that could cause those searches to return no results.
• Fixed an issue where the Go Home button on event registration pages did not redirect to the event home page.
• Using date within a directory entry custom template now formats the date in a user-friendly format instead of the system default.
