Platform-Wide

💡 NEW + IMPROVED

• Configuring directories just got easier. Choose to start with a defined template, or the system will automatically use the first available directory within the application. Either way, you won’t need to start from scratch anymore.

🛠 FIXES

• Hyperlinked “Contact Us” buttons weren’t functioning properly within the portal, but they are now! Members can easily send an email from their browser with the click of a button.

Contacts + Organizations

💡 NEW + IMPROVED

• A member’s credentials are an important part of who they are. With a new built-in field, credentials can easily be collected and displayed on a contact’s CRM record.

🛠 FIXES

• We noticed that our larger associations were experiencing slower system performance when they had a massive number of contacts tied to an organization — so Rhythm’s amazing engineering team made multiple performance enhancements to ensure that every customer can continue to enjoy a best-in-class experience.
• We fixed an issue to allow social media information to be displayed on 360 screens as a Global Callout.

Finance + Billing

• Fixed a few issues to allow batches to post, download, and display information successfully.

Membership + Committees

💡 NEW + IMPROVED

• Membership reinstatements can now be configured to use the termination date or the expiration date. You can make the decision that feels right for your association and its members.
• Billing run actions can now be queried within Rhythm.

🛠 FIXES

• Multiple fixes were made to ensure changes within the system are processed, updated, and displayed correctly. This includes membership statuses, the change affiliation process, confirmation emails, and membership settings.

Meetings + Shows

• Fixed multiple issues to create a more seamless user experience, like fixing a bug that was allowing committee members to see abstract reviews they weren’t assigned, repairing broken links, and ensuring important changes are processed and displayed properly.

Certifications

💡 NEW + IMPROVED

• Certification application notices are now viewable on the application 360 screen, giving your staff greater visibility into a member’s communication history.
• Certifications represent a significant member accomplishment. Celebrate properly by importing an image — like your association logo — into their certificate for a more stylized look and feel!

Orders + Inventory

🛠 FIXES

• Inventory in the Online Store wasn’t displaying in the most intuitive or user-friendly way, so our Engineering team made a quick tweak to fix that.

Sponsorship + Benefits

🛠 FIXES

• Sponsorship custom fields now populate in query results, so you have more access to important information within seconds.

Career Center

• Resumes can now be downloaded by an employer after a candidate has uploaded them during the portal application process.
