Platform-Wide

💡 New

• Support for calculated fields - using multiple fields to auto-populate to value in another field with a custom expression

🛠 Fixed

• Inactive add-on products no longer show in the portal
• Accounts with the same email address no longer produce errors during login
• Timezone no longer affect dates associated with queries
• Labels set on searchable directory fields are now properly reflected in the portal
• Save a draft option now functions properly on Membership Applications, Event Registrations, Event Abstracts, Certification Applications, and Job Postings

Contacts + Organizations

🛠 Fixed

• Contact images load on registration pages in the portal
• Contact login information can now be queried
• District of Columbia added to address fields
• Organization queries no longer produce errors

Finance + Billing

💡 New

• Reference Number field is now available on payment receipts
• Added an indicator when products do not have GL/Financial Settings set

🛠 Fixed

• Fixed an issue where the reference number field was not appearing when selecting Check for payment method
• Fixed an error when viewing an invoice with Exhibit Booth Fees
• Updated verbiage associated with sending payment receipt to contacts to 'Send a payment receipt to the payee'

Membership + Committees

💡 New

• Administrators can now configure auto-renewal settings under the membership setup settings
• Grace periods can now be instituted for Chapter Leaders after their expirations dates have passed under chapter portal settings
• Under the Billings submenu in the Membership and Committees application administrators can now search billing runs based on operations

🛠 Fixed

• Committee fields now return accurate results when queried
• The browse committees portal page will now show all applicable committees

Meetings + Shows

💡 New

• When registering for an event administrators can prompt for a manual entry of an organization name instead of connecting with one in the system
• Members can now view and update their event registrations in the portal
• Divider bars separate event times to clearly show the beginning and end times
• One day events now show the date and the start and end time

🛠 Fixed

• Events registration custom fields inputs now save
• Event Session merge fields now populate in confirmation emails
• Canceled events do not show as active on the Registration 360
• Events can now be deleted successfully
• Functions and session descriptions text formatting for console and portal
• Event query no longer produces glue error

Certifications

💡 New

• When a member completes a course registration the system can now automatically assign the proper number of configured credits. These will be set to either pending verification or verified status, based on configuration
• Ability to make certification application/course/exam registration processes available ONLY to training providers
• When a certification application is created, we now support expiration date rules. Certification applications can be automatically assigned an expiration date based on the configured expiration rule set 
• Members can now view their certification activities during the renewal process
• Training providers can now submit applications and course registrations on behalf of certification applicants

🛠 Fixed

• Fixed an issue where searching by certification number did not produce any results

Sponsorship + Benefits

💡 New

• Added the total order amount with a link to the order to the sponsorship 360 page

Orders + Inventory

💡 New

• Invoices are now created for orders that are zero dollars
• When accessing the Orders and Inventory application setting you will now have the option to view all discount codes in the discount submenu. 
• Ability to complete orders in draft status

🛠 Fixed

• Foreign addresses are now populated during order processing
• Processing order cancellations without refunds no longer produce an error
• Finance setting in the storefront now accessible
• Address types can be selected when selecting the billing address
• Order cancellation processes cancellation successfully
