Platform-Wide
💡 New
- Every activity in the system will now be tracked, with the ability to be reported on
- When a data import is currently in progress the system will now display a banner notification to let users know
- When creating confirmation emails, merge fields are organized based on record type, making it easier to browse and select the fields that you want to use in the email
🛠Fixed
- Help text for custom fields appear on all applicable forms
- Portal pages load without error
- Payment Account merge field is now properly pulling information
- Members can no longer bypass required fields through brute force clicking
- The manage console user list properly displays all available users in the system for the association
Contacts + Organizations
💡 New
- From Organization 360, users have the ability to merge 2 organization records
- Support for a built-in gender pronouns field associated with contact records
🛠Fixed
- Fixed an issue where source contacts still show in searches after successfully completing contact merge
- Searching for contact records no longer produce errors
- Support to save contacts after editing their profile in the console
- Contacts are now properly redirected to complete registration after account verification
- Fixed errors associated with processing a contact merge
- Solved an issue on Organization 360 where the organization contacts list would not populate successfully with large quantities of contacts
- Updating contact roles no longer results in a locked error
- On Contact 360, the company name and job title were moved to different lines
Financials + Billing
🛠Fixed
- Fixed an error that occurred when attempting to close a fiscal period in partial status
- Fixed an issue where financial reports were receiving an 'abended' error
- Ability to view organization payment in the portal
- Corrected an issue where credits were not rounding properly, causing batch posting errors
- Fixed an issue where batches were getting an 'unknown error' message during posting
- Legacy invoices can now be viewed within the portal
- The financial overview in the portal shows accurate totals of balances
- NetSuite template updated to support batch downloads
- Taxes are properly populating in the portal when completing a purchase
- Refunds now process successfully when using the order cancellation function
- Contact store credits are no longer being used by purchases associated with their organization
Membership + Committees
💡 New
- Custom fields now show up on membership applications 360
- Membership Type added to the contact/organization badges on the 360 screens
- Support for Chapter Administration, allowing users to set permissions that allow chapter leaders to perform administrative functions in the portal
- Parent Organizations added to the committee query
🛠Fixed
- Proper dates are filled in applicable fields when running a billing run
- Committee queries now return accurate results when executed
- Fixed an issue where membership dates were not properly updating after orders are successfully processed
- Fixed an issue where editing memberships resulted in an error
Meeting + Shows
💡 New
- Added the ability to hide event function fees in the portal
- Support for global speakers, which allow you to track speaker profiles outside of an event
- Registrants are able to edit their event registrations in the portal, up until a specified deadline date
- Support for registrant directories, which are configured specifically for each event
🛠Fixed
- Event registrations are now properly brought over when contact records are merged
- Changing an event name no longer produces errors
- Fixed an error associated with event registration
- The browse events section of the portal now properly shows long-running events
- Cloning a microsite event now processes successfully
- Guest registrations now show the names of guests when completing a registration order
Sponsorships + Benefits
🛠Fixed
- Sponsorship opportunities were intermittently being associated with the wrong order line item
- For multi-business unit setups, sponsorship opportunities orders are properly assigned to the correct default business unit at checkout
Certifications

- Exam offering and course offerings can now be queried in the console
- Ability to set registration eligibility requirements on exam and course offerings
- Ability to support multiple exams and course certification application requirements
- Support for custom fields that can be associated with certification programs
- Support for including contact and organization fields to certification application queries
- Ability to use the missing requirements merge field when configuring certification email templates
- Support for exam and course merge fields when configuring certification application emails
- Support for training providers and training location merge fields when configuring the course registration confirmation email
- Support for training merge fields when configuring exam registration emails
Orders + Inventory
💡 New
- Support for showing variant pricing for different products within the online store, without the customer having to go to the cart to see it.
- When configuring coupons, you can define a maximum discount amount. This means that no matter way, the discounts generated by the coupon will not exceed the amount specified.
🛠Fixed
- Error preventing users from proceeding with an order without a payment
- Orders process successfully when using both coupons and credits
- Store credits are no longer automatically applied when completing orders
- Merchandise no longer creates inventory SKU errors
- Inventory adjustments are submitted without error
