Platform-Wide

💡 New

• As a console user, you can now restrict portal page publishing to just console users. Once the page is completed it can be turned on for all members

🛠 Fixed

• Email verification requirement when creating a portal login
• Canceling orders associated with other app processes (memberships, certifications, events, etc) now updates/reverts the records accordingly
• Form designer not saving after making multiple edits
• Asset Template page reads "Not Yet Published" regardless of if the template has been used to generate pages

Contacts + Organizations

🛠 Fixed

• Setting contact role permissions to all contacts properly saves
• System does not handle names when there are spaces in the last name
• Existing contacts are prompted to verify email addresses upon logging in for the first time
• The system only updates “Date Profile Last Updated” field when done through the portal

Finance + Billing

💡 New

• Ability to manually issue financial credits on contacts and organizations 

🛠 Fixed

• Query output field displays payment method when order is paid post order creation
• Voided invoices and payments no longer show in the portal
• Closing a fiscal period without proper GLs now produce more specific errors

Meetings + Shows

🛠 Fixed

• Canceling an event registration updates the registration status to canceled
• When dragging the button component over to a microsite page, nothing happens.

Certifications

🛠 Fixed

• Canceling a new membership removes join/expiration dates
• Ability to delete invoice line items when using the adjust invoice feature

Ordes + Inventory

💡 New

• Inventory adjustments can now be made to alter inventory amounts in the Orders and Inventory application
• Line items are not removed from the order when they are adjusted from the invoice

🛠 Fixed

• Shipping fees are not canceled when canceling orders
• Using the Ship Order feature results in an error
• Coupon usage updates when an order is canceled
