Platform-Wide
💡 NEW
- You can now use "relative" dates in queries instead of specific dates. This includes week, month, quarter, and year.
- Special Pricing Logic now supports date-related calculations, so you can offer special pricing during certain times of the year.
- Eligibility logic now supports an array of values like evaluating if a person is in a chapter or possesses a contact role.
- Updated security measures for back-end evaluation logic.
- You can now use expressions to define conditional visibility rules that hide or show form components. For example, hide or show a form component based on someone's chapter selection.
- You can now use expressions to define custom errors on a form.
- You can now copy the current record ID from any 360 screen.
🛠FIXED
- Once you save a query, you can see what type of query it is in the saved query listing, in the designer, and in the query results.
CRM
💡 NEW
- You now have the ability to delegate contact role permissions to "All Contacts" which will allow you to set permissions that any contact can have, regardless of what roles they have assigned to them.
- There is now a field for gender pronouns, which will appear on the contact's record.
🛠FIXED
- When clicking on one of the CRM KPI boxes, the page now properly redirects to a query list resulting in that selection.
Finance + Billing
💡 NEW
- You can now adjust an invoice to make it non-pro forma.
- You can include an "Invoice Download Link" to share with members so they can view an invoice directly from the billing notice emails for renewals.
🛠FIXED
- You can now generate the next fiscal year for selected business units.
Membership + Committees
💡 NEW
- View your custom membership application field responses on the Membership Application 360 screen under the "Custom Fields" tab.
- You can now determine whether to apply dues proration to new members, existing members, or both.
- You can elect to prevent chapters and sections from appearing in the portal.
- You now have the ability to query chapter and section dues products.
- When executing a billing run, you can choose to send a drop notice from a drop-down menu or leave it blank to suppress emails.
- Whenever an application custom field is created/changed, it will create/change the associated membership custom field. This sync will eliminate the need for double creation.
- A participation field is now available in Committee Member Queries.
🛠FIXED
- When completing a billing run, Rhythm will no longer take local timezones into account and will instead add members based on the exact dates set.
- Change affiliations will no longer show for organizations without memberships.
- When canceling a membership, the system will revert the membership to its previous state. Status, expiration, and dates will return to what they were previous to the cancellation.
- When a membership or registration is first created, it is correctly populated with order-related values.
- Adding a start date is now optional when creating or editing a committee membership.
Orders + Inventory
💡 NEW
- You are now able to change From/Reply to email addresses in your product confirmation emails.
- You can now see the coupon name, code, discount amount, and whether or not it was retroactive on any Order 360 screen where someone has used a coupon.
🛠FIXED
- Shipping fees now display as a line item in an order and can therefore be canceled if necessary.
- A batch with an error will be able to take on transactions and, therefore, portal users will no longer see batch-related errors on their end.
- Form errors no longer occur when selecting a shared product confirmation email.
- Now you can process an order for a product with two tax zone rates (Ex: Federal and State) without receiving a duplicate invoice line item error.
Meetings + Events
🛠FIXED
- Event session dates and times now properly save again.
- Coupon codes with the "Coupon Ownership" option enabled are saving properly.
Portals + Microsites
💡 NEW
- When logging into the portal as a contact from the console, Rhythm will direct you to the member portal. If you would like to select an open event, click the arrow next to the button. You can click "Other" which will show you all available sites in case you need to log into a closed event.
- We've added an "Update My Profile" link to the Membership Overview page in the portal.
If a portal user hasn't uploaded a profile picture, Rhythm will show a placeholder photo in its place.
🛠FIXED
- A contact's preferred address now shows properly on their profile in the portal.
- You can now manually upload an image into a template or page without receiving an "Item Exceeded Maximum Size" error.
