Platform

🛠 FIXES

• Queries now keep up with your changes. When records are updated or orders are closed, those updates are reflected the next time you run the query.
• Fixed an issue where fees with special pricing or purchasing eligibility enabled could not be added or saved in several apps, such as in Awards, Certifications, and Memberships & Committees.  
• That custom data task error was crying wolf. Even when mapping name, type ID, and package ID, it claimed they were missing. It now picks them up properly and processes the file.
• We added a security group that automatically grants access to members whose current employer has an active membership. When employment or membership shifts, access adjusts automatically.
• We cleared out the loading-loop issue in the console. You can jump into Rhythm and open any app without getting stuck.

Contacts + Organizations

🛠 FIXES

• Child organizations can now add contacts without errors. Saving a new contact in the portal works as expected, with no more Access Denied messages blocking the update.
• Address selection is fully functional. Picking an address from Google fills in the complete details, such as street, city, state, and country, so the contact record validates without any errors.

Finance + Billing

🛠 FIXES

• If a recurring gift was canceled, its installment schedule didn’t always make it into the cancellation run. That’s now sorted out—everything that should be canceled gets canceled.
• Group invoices show the correct names. The override Ship To Name fields populate correctly for each group member, and invoice templates preview without errors.

Membership + Committees

🛠 FIXES

• That missing auto-renewal credit card expiration date is back where it belongs. You’ll see it right in Membership 360 again, and you can pull a clean list through the Renewal Payment Card Expiration query field when you’re getting ready for a renewal push.
• Queries no longer stop at four relative date fields. Now you can build large, complex criteria, perfect for big chapter roster downloads.
• Resolved a problem that prevented membership packages from saving when purchasing eligibility was turned on. 
• Special pricing and purchasing eligibility now save correctly on membership dues. You can turn these options on for chapter and section dues products as well as add-ons without running into errors.
• Membership orders now close properly. When a “Pay Later” order with multiple line items is paid, all items update correctly, and the order moves to Completed instead of staying Open.

Meetings + Shows

🛠 FIXES

• Fixed an issue where retroactive coupons on deadline-priced orders were using current pricing instead of the original order amount. Coupons now calculate against the price at the time of purchase.
• Deadline pricing now behaves as intended. When a registration window closes, its pricing disappears on schedule, and onsite pricing shows on the event day.
• Your abstract review settings now stick. When you switch on the option for Review Team Admins to manage reviewers, it saves properly and stays enabled.

Sponsorships

🛠 FIXES

• Special pricing now saves correctly on sponsorship opportunities. Turn on special pricing or eligibility, hit Save, and everything sticks..
• Resolved an issue where sponsorship application processes couldn’t be saved with Override Checkout Settings enabled. This is now fixed.

Certifications

🛠 FIXES

• Special pricing now checks for all required certifications. Users only get the discount when they meet all the requirements you set.
• The loading loop saga is over. Course Registration queries run normally when selected from Queries → New Query → Courses > Course Registration.
• Resolved an issue where the Credits > Credits query wouldn’t load. Previews and full query results now display correctly when selected.
• Program filters work correctly in the Certifications Directory. Pick a program from the dropdown, hit Search, and you’ll see the certified folks tied to that program.

Orders + Inventory

🛠 FIXES

• Your merch settings finally got the memo. Turn on special pricing, add eligibility rules, hit Save, and everything sticks the way you set it, no more error messages popping up.
• Your coupon codes won’t panic over eligibility rules anymore. Flip on eligibility, choose your criteria, hit Save, and the coupon keeps all those settings without complaining.

Awards + Nominations

💡 NEW

• You can now query application reviews directly in the Awards app. This makes it easier to report on reviewer activity and track progress across submissions. 

  To get started from the Global Awards Query:

  Awards & Nominations App > Queries > New Query > Applications - Application Reviews (Specific awards can be defined to bring up that specific award’s results, or the awards-awards field can be blank to pull all of the application reviews across all awards) > Click Continue 

  To get started from a specific Awards Query:

  Awards & Nominations App > Open the desired award > Queries > New Query > Applications - Application Reviews > Click Continue

Submissions + Reviews

🛠 FIXES

• Submission forms no longer auto-fill the Name field with the contact’s name. The field starts blank, so you can easily enter the submission title. 
• Fixed an issue preventing admins from manually assigning reviewers to submissions in the portal.
• Fixed an issue where submission fields were missing from the Submission 360 view. The Submission tab now displays all submitted fields properly.

Fundraising + Gifts

🛠 FIXES

• Fixed an issue where installment schedules stayed Active after a recurring gift was cancelled. The schedule status now updates to Cancelled.
• Resolved an issue where cancelled recurring gifts were reactivated and processed during the Process Installment Schedules billing run. Now they’ll stay cancelled.

Portals + Microsites

🛠 FIXES

• That eligibility hiccup in portal security settings is fixed. Choosing criteria like Non-Members no longer triggers errors, so policies save smoothly.
