Contacts + Organizations

Roles stopped vanishing! The Manage Organization Contacts page now displays each contact’s role, no matter their membership status.
Bulk updates are back in business—contact roles can now be added without errors.
CRM queries now display the Primary Chapter name instead of its ID. Easier to read, just like it should be.
Mass update cleanup now sticks—when you remove a contact role, queries update right along with it.
Fixed an issue where adding the “Portal # of Logins” field duplicated entries in Contact queries. Results now display correctly.

Installment Schedule queries now show data for both the (Order) Installment Schedule and ID fields.
Saved ACH and electronic check payment methods now process donations smoothly.
We’ve closed the loophole—once a payment’s refunded, it can’t be voided.
We stopped recurring gifts that have been cancelled from coming back to life; billing runs will no longer reactivate them.
Resolved an issue where refunding partial amounts with decimals caused an error. No more rounding errors blocking partial refunds.

That affiliation change error is gone! You can now switch a contact’s affiliation even if a contact has an assigned membership.
Fixed an issue where adding the “Portal – # of Logins” field caused duplicate records in Memberships queries. Results now display correctly.
Renewal Payment Card Expiration now populates in queries. You’ll see actual expiration dates when you add this field to Membership queries.
Member swaps stay free. When an organization has reached its free member limit, removing one member and adding another mid-term recognizes that and skips the charge.

That empty “Session Has Been Generated” filter is fixed—Abstract queries now show which abstracts have sessions (and which don’t).
Queries using the “Registered?” field now return results correctly when filtering for “No.” You can easily find unregistered contacts again.
Fixed an issue where the “greater than” filter for Date (Registration) included the selected and the previous day. Now it only returns results after the chosen date.
The embedded membership application now shows the registration discount users receive when purchasing membership and registration together.
Retroactive registration-only coupons now apply correctly. Functions and add-ons no longer get discounted when a membership is bundled.

New Accreditation queries now show up correctly, displaying values as expected. If any saved queries use “current_phase_name,” just swap that column with "Current Phase", and you’ll see the values.
Fixed an issue where using Current Phase as a filter in Accreditations queries returned no results. It now functions as expected.

No more mystery sender! You can now choose the From address when setting up Award Nominee Notification emails.
Click away—no more blank pages! Awards Reference query results now load as expected.

Fixed a labeling mix-up. Queries from Closed Portal Form Spaces now correctly appear as “Closed Spaces,” not “Open Spaces.”
When an issue prevented a user from successfully submitting a Submission form in the console, we weren’t sharing the details of the error. Now if there’s an issue, you’ll see a red banner explaining what’s missing so you can easily resolve it.
