Platform-Wide
🛠Fixed
- Custom data tasks back on track. You can now import multiple registrations for the same contact without running into duplicate ID errors.
Contacts + Organizations
🛠Fixed
- Reference custom fields on contact records are now clickable, allowing direct access to the linked record.
- No more missing contacts — organization contact lists in the portal now show the full roster, just as intended.
- Contacts previously associated with an organization can now be deleted from the console if no active relationships remain.
- Selecting last login dates in the query designer is now much more intuitive with the addition of a date picker — no more manual entry or guesswork.
- Contact deletion has been improved to better reflect actual relationship data.
Finance + Billing
🛠Fixed
- We updated the error message that appears when a batch includes invoices that can’t be posted due to status conflicts. The message now clearly explains what’s happening and how to move forward.
- Mistyped membership dates can wreak havoc on deferrals. We’ve added a safeguard that prevents posting if the deferral stretches beyond 60 months, with an improved message to let you know what’s going on.
Orders + Inventory
💡 New
- More clarity in cancellation emails. You can now include product names and line item details in cancellation confirmation emails using new merge fields. This makes it easier for members to know exactly what was canceled — especially helpful when they’ve got multiple orders.
🛠Fixed
- We’ve fixed an issue that could interrupt payment entry in specific cases involving unusually long phone numbers.
- Fixed an issue where applying a retroactive coupon incorrectly set the invoice status to canceled.
- Event coupons were getting a little too adventurous — trying to apply themselves to membership orders. We’ve reined them in.
Membership + Committees
🛠Fixed
- Canceled means cleared. If you cancel a chapter, section, or add-on from a membership order, it now correctly removes it from the member record.
- We fixed an issue where canceling an unpaid membership order could incorrectly update the expiration date and status.
- We addressed an issue where field IDs were shown instead of field names in the directory opt-out settings in the portal.
- No permission, no problem. We removed the empty bullet that showed up in the Tasks window in the portal when chapter officer permissions weren’t granted.
Meetings + Shows
🛠Fixed
- One booth, one email. Exhibitor confirmation emails will no longer send multiple times when bundled products are included.
- The "Add a Contact Not Listed" option during exhibitor registration now correctly allows you to input contact information.
- The exhibitor console link decided to play hide-and-seek if the show floor wasn’t turned on. We had a talk with it and it’s staying visible now.
- Made a general improvement to the event registration modification process to support more consistent performance.
Documents
🛠Fixed
- Full access means full access. Members granted automatic access to a Digital Library cabinet now see all associated folders and subfolders in the portal.
Career Center
🛠Fixed
- The Career Center now properly grants the correct number of job postings based on the quantity purchased.
Fundraising
🛠Fixed
- If a pledge installment was configured to charge a saved card, you’d expect the invoice to get paid, right? We agree. Now, invoices generated by pledge schedules will be paid using the associated payment method without manual intervention.
Integrations
💡 New
- Rhythm’s Zoom integration now supports Zoom Meetings, giving you more flexibility to seamlessly manage registrations and attendance for interactive virtual events alongside webinars. If you're already using this integration, check out this guide to get started with Zoom Meetings.
🛠Fixed
- We fixed an issue where the contact’s membership level was being mapped to the "name" field in Campaign Monitor. Now, actual contact names will populate correctly during syncs.
- Mailchimp writebacks are back. Email interactions are now syncing to Rhythm contact records as expected.
