We’ve made a few updates to improve performance for portal users.
We've made improvements to ensure the import tool functions properly when using pre-set tasks.
Updates have been made to improve the process of creating API keys and integration applications in the console.
Contacts + Organizations

U.S. Territories, your way. Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and Guam can now be entered in either the Country field or in the State field when the United States is selected. This gives members the flexibility to enter addresses in the format that works best for them.

Users can now remove contacts from their organization’s record in the portal as expected.
Roles are back in view—organization contacts now show their assigned roles directly in the portal.
Verified means verified. Once a contact verifies their email through Auth0, the Security tab on their Contact 360 screen now updates accordingly.
No more missing info. The portal now displays organization contact roles correctly when managing organization contacts.
Account setup in the portal is now working as expected.
Orders + Inventory

You can now process item returns for orders with shipments without encountering business unit errors.
Donations don’t ship. Adding a donation to an order no longer affects flat rate shipping costs when using “Per Item” settings.
Membership + Committees

Limits that actually limit. The maximum number of chapters a member can join is now enforced correctly during selection.
We've made improvements to support more efficient processing of group membership applications.
What you see is what you get—membership KPIs now reflect the right status in both name and content.
Membership applications now enforce the chapter selection requirement when the global setting is enabled.
Committees marked inactive are now properly hidden from portal view—keeping things current and clean for members.
Meetings + Shows

We’ve improved data output in Exhibitor Registration queries to ensure more complete results.
The KPI results for active event registrations now reflect the full list—no missing attendees, just a complete view of who’s signed up.
Event revenue summary reports now retain invoices when a coupon is applied retroactively.
Credits generated from event cancellations with fees are now correctly applied to the corresponding invoice.
Filtering by who’s registered? Go for it—queries using event registration data now run smoothly.
