Platform-Wide
💡 New
- Custom fields now appear in the data dictionary
- When you're viewing criteria in the Query Engine, it will now show you the group name if the field is a non-unique name
- Snapshots of previous configurations are now captured prior to doing a data import rollback and, after the reimport, you can restore that snapshot from its 360 screen. This can be found under Security + Settings, under "Config Snapshots"
- When setting rules (Special Prices, Eligibility, etc), using date fields in the criteria now allows users to select a date using a date picker

- Values populate properly when trying to constrain acceptable values for custom fields
- When posting payments, the customer and product names will be saved to the payment
- When querying organizational contacts by role, you can now select the role
- When adding a custom field to a form you can now choose to make it optional in the console even when it is required for the portal
CRM

- The "alternate" preferred address type has been removed to avoid any confusion
- When electing to move a potential duplicate contact to the ignored list, an error was occurring
- When merging contacts, chapter and section membership history is now included
Finance + Billing
🛠Fixed
- Subledger entry totals correspond correctly with the debit and credit totals
- You can now successfully apply credit or debit memos to an invoice with a discounted order
- When creating a payment, you can overpay the amount in order to create a credit
- You can now apply payments to all items on an invoice even if it includes discounts (negative amounts)
Membership + Committees
💡 New
- Rhythm now supports lifetime memberships that never expire
- When editing memberships in the console, you can now administratively select any package regardless of the eligibility rules set on the package
- The portal no longer shows membership types in the join or renew processes unless they have at least one package defined
- When viewing a Chapter or Section 360 screen, the member count is now clickable and will bring you to a list of members for that chapter or section
🛠Fixed
- You can now successfully give renewal pricing to lapsed members in the reinstatement period
- Multi-select picklists on membership forms now behave properly
- Billing runs will no longer pick up flowdown/assigned memberships
- Billing Run Reminders are properly sent to organization contacts for organizational memberships
- When a termination date is set on a membership, the system will no longer advance it by an additional year
- When completing a membership application with custom fields, an error was occurring
Orders + Inventory
💡 New
- When editing a product, you can now copy special pricing configuration from another product
- Merge fields for Order, Ship to Contact, and Ship to Organization are now available for invoices
- When processing an order in the console, you can now select any bank account as the destination account for the payment
- On all checkout processes, you can now determine if you want the portal to allow/require a contact to supply a PO number, reference number, or billing address
- On merchandise details screens you now have a summary of sales data including the number of purchases, a list of purchases, and the total of all purchases
- You can now find merchandise that either does or does not, have an image from the merchandise search
- Merchandise images are now returned with merchandise search results
🛠Fixed
- At checkout, the option to apply store credit to the order will appear if there is a credit available
- Shipping configuration properly calculates shipping costs when dependent on order weight
- When using a custom field in a price calculation formula, the system will calculate the price correctly
- When a user selects "send me an invoice/pay later" in the portal, a field to enter the PO number now appears
- You can now cancel orders that include discounts (negative amounts)
- Special instructions for orders are now visible to users while checking out
Meetings + Shows
💡 New
- When setting up an event registration process, you can enter in custom confirmation HTML. When enabled, this HTML will appear on the confirmation page at the end of the process.
- When creating a registration, you users can add a new contact or organization that is not in the system at the same time.
- Event registration queries now include information about add-ons
🛠Fixed
- Inactive registration types will no longer appear in the registration process
Certifications + Courses

- On-demand courses will now appear at the top of the course catalog
- In the portal when viewing "My Courses," users will see the offering date of each course
Sponsorships
