Platform-Wide
💡 New
- When looking at the details of any record, you can now view all the related records in the system
- Use organization type, contact role, and contact status when setting eligibility criteria throughout the entire system
- HTML editors now support uploading inline images
- You can now add and edit GL codes for certifications and sponsorships
- Add support for percentages and other mathematical formulas in special pricing calculations
- Search fields will allow for you to search or drill-down on the results
- Console users have the ability to see all built-in fields and services along with their acceptable values in the "Security + Settings" app under "Data Dictionary"
- You can now constrain acceptable values for built-in fields. When editing a form, drag a field onto a field group and click on it to override.
- Every product can now be configured with a confirmation email specific to purchases of that product
- The system now supports personal sandboxes for use in training with the Rhythm Acadamy
Searches now maintain the results of your last search, even if you navigate away from the results

- Eligibility rules that reference the Organization of a Contact now work on Contacts that have no Organization set
- Eligibility rules can now differentiate between a current committee member or past
CRM
💡 New
- In the portal, an organization's administrator can assign roles to other contacts
- When viewing a record, you can see all of its database relationships under the "Contact Options" menu
- On contact forms, when searching for organizations, the parent organization is now visible to help in distinguishing between similar organizations
- You can now search for contacts or organizations using their status
- You can now define communication types and allow contacts to set their communication opt-in/out preferences
🛠Fixed
- The name field no longer includes the salutation in an effort to make it easier to sort
- Inactive contacts and organizations will no longer appear in organization selection dropdowns
- Inactive contacts and organizations will no longer appear on the contacts list when selecting an organization
- When managing duplicate contacts, the contact number is now displayed
- If an organization has a parent organization, it will be displayed beneath it on the CRM homepage and in the universal search
- When processing a membership application in the console, you can change the membership type
- When a contact has the status of deceased, they will not receive system emails
Finance + Billing

- Set association address information for all invoice + payment templates in a single place
- Add support for partial voids + refunds
- When searching transactions, you can search on "balance due" which will produce a list of invoices
- Batch names now support slashes for names like "ACH/Wire"
- When refunding a payment or credit or canceling an order, you can now choose not to process the refund electronically if you want to issue paper checks
- You can now choose to create PDF invoices and include a link in invoice email templates giving you more control over how invoices are displayed
- Payments and refunds can now be found by searching on the payment gateway ID
- The current fiscal period can now be closed before the period is over
🛠Fixed
- When viewing invoices on the Batch 360 screen, the owner of the invoice populates
- On the Batch 360 screen, KPI data appears
- On the portal under financial overview, the most recent transactions are now listed first
- We've improved the error message when an invalid credit card number is used
Membership + Committees

- On the Committee 360 screen, you can sort and filter members
- You can now add notes to a committee member's record
- You can override the parent organization and origin of a flow-down membership in the console
- Added a filter for inactive committees in the committee search
- Membership packages can be hidden in the portal
- You can enable dues pro-ration on membership, chapter, and section packages

- Membership alerts now function properly
- When searching for a member using "Organizations" as the Owner Type, the search will yield results
- When an organization with flow-down membership is marked "inactive," thereby losing its benefits, the downstream memberships are marked "inactive" as well
- When a membership application is under review, you now have the ability to approve it and activate the membership
- When a member is converted to a flow-down membership, their previous membership details are now preserved in the membership history
- From a committee 360 screen, you can successfully navigate to individual member profiles
- The Committee Member Report is now functioning properly
Meetings + Shows
💡 New
- "Bill to Organization" payment option has been added for event registrations
- Install the "Agenda/Schedule of Events Feature" in your event microsite to publicly publish sessions, functions, and speakers
- Add speakers to a track during session track setup
- Attendees can sign up for courses at the same time as they register for an event
- You can now choose to recognize all deferred revenue from event-related products automatically on the last day of the event
- When no image has been set for events, courses, and speakers, attendees will no longer see a "No Image" placeholder
- You can now bundle multiple products to event registrations
- You can now change the meal option and other info on a ticket after purchasing
- The registration roster on events now shows the balance due for each attendee
- Drag and reorder registration types to your preferred sequence
- In the Events app, you can now initiate the registration process directly from the contact details screen
- Event badges prepopulate the attendee's job title with the one they have on file, but they still have the ability to edit if necessary
- A checkbox has been added to sessions and functions giving you the ability to hide them from the portal
- On the contact details screen, event registrations can now be sorted by the event dates
- On the portal, users can now filter and browse events based on event type
- On the session 360 screen, users can now view and delete session registration
- On the function 360 screen, users can now view and delete tickets
- Event sessions that do not belong to a track are now supported
- Registration types may now be restricted to speakers
🛠Fixed
- Meal options properly display on a function of an event
- Event microsites now show the full length of an event on the microsite, not just the start date
- Event registrations are now operable when eligibility criteria are set on all registration types
- Uploaded images for event microsite mastheads display properly
- Inactive registration packages will no longer display in the portal
- The "Register for an Event" component now is proper-case
- Masthead images will no longer be stretched to fit available space
- Resolved an issue preventing cancelation of orders that include complimentary items
- On the registration 360 screen, the Registration Package will now show its abbreviated name instead of its long name
- The parent registration ID field now populates with a dropdown of options when registering a guest attendee
- If a function is included with a registration package, it will no longer display a price in the registration process, but instead, show it as "Included"
Certifications + Courses

- Staff can search for course registrants by date of registration
- Course registration dates are now displayed in search results
- Determine the display order of your certification programs in the portal
- Attendees can sign up for courses at the same time as they register for an event
- On all course offerings under the registrations tab, you can now see the amount paid as well as the balance due
- From a contact's certification profile, you can see how many course registrations they have
🛠Fixed
- Rhythm now properly syncs course registrations with Zoom
- Course offerings successfully save when the webinar integration is enabled
- Staff can now search course registrations without setting any criteria in the search parameters
- When a course has a special price enabled, the fee is updated properly
- The word "certification" has been removed in the Course filter field for organizations that do not offer certifications
- Users are now prevented from registering for the same course offering more than once
- When completing a certification registration in the console, you can add a course to the registration, including past offerings
Sponsorships
💡 New
- Optional benefits associated with a sponsorship opportunity now allow for an additional cost
- Manually created sponsorships created within an event are now automatically linked to that event and offered in the portal
- Help text has been added to the Bundled Products configuration to make setup more intuitive
In the sponsorship overview, you can now see the balance due on all sponsorships in one place

- Staff can set or change an order date for any order in the system at the time of checkout

- Voiding an order now cancels the items in the order
