Query download files no longer include timestamps in date fields, ensuring a more consistent format when opening the file.
We did some work last month to improve the accuracy of universal search results.

Contact directory entries now load as expected. No more missing profiles—everything is right where it should be.

Customers told us the Active Members KPI was unclear, so we’ve updated it to display “Active Members - Principal” to clarify that Flowdown and Assigned memberships are excluded. Now, it’s easier to understand how these numbers are calculated.

Opt-out fields now appear as expected in the portal, without unnecessary service names or symbols.
No more query errors—saved Membership queries work as expected.
Click “Save” with confidence. Special pricing settings no longer get in the way when updating membership packages.
No more dead ends. Clicking a directory entry now takes you where it should—straight to the profile.
Precision restored. Searching by membership package now works with all conditions in the query criteria editor.
No more guessing where to find your invoice. When a billing run generates a membership invoice, the correct URL now appears in the notice, ready to go.
Membership renewals, back on track. Members can now renew without encountering chapter-related errors in the portal or console.

The wait is over—literally. Event microsite schedules now load properly, so attendees can view the agenda without getting stuck in a loop.
Blind abstract reviews now correctly hide submitter details while keeping the abstract title visible.
The Registration and Deadlines page now correctly displays pricing information in the portal.

Certification course fees can now be deferred automatically. Instead of recognizing revenue over 12 months, you can select an option in the financial configuration to defer revenue until the course offering date, ensuring compliance with financial reporting best practices.

Now you see it, now you don’t (if you don’t want to). Award review pages now only display the custom fields defined in the layout—no surprises.
The portal setting to filter award types now displays only the specified types.
Award application KPIs now correctly display the actual submission date and time.
We made several improvements to Awards queries to ensure more complete and accurate results.

Contact syncing with Higher Logic has been improved for more complete and reliable data transfers.
We’ve made improvements with the QuickBooks Online integration’s automatic sync.
