The purpose of this article is to provide instructions on how to add a user to your Rhythm Payments instance.
What is needed before adding a new user
- You must have a fully boarded account to perform the actions described below
- You will need to have the full name and email address of the new user
- Only the Owner of the account can add new users
Adding a new user
- Click Users under the Management tab on the left hand side
- Click Add New User on the right side of of the screen
- Enter in the First and Last name of the user
- Enter in the email address of the new user
- Enter in a username for the new user
- Enter in a password in both fields
- Click Continue
- Add the Merchant Full Access or Merchant View Only Template
- Templates govern what actions a user can do in your instance
- You can create more specific templates that go beyond the standard ones above
- Click Continue
- Add the user to the default Team
- The team grants the user access to your Rhythm Payments Portal
