Contacts + Organizations

🛠 FIXES

• Logging into the portal as an inactive CRM record should display a banner informing the user that their record is inactive and they can’t proceed. Now it does!

Finance + Billing

🛠 FIXES

• Now, you can set a ‘missing product revenue G/L account” on the business unit which will be used when a product configuration cannot be found. 
• An error message is now generated when attempting to refund or credit payments that have previously been voided. 
• We fixed a couple of issues with organization invoices and statements. 
• Billing Runs for installments were tweaked this month, they are now better than ever.

Membership + Committees

🛠 FIXES

• We made improvements to the directory radius search. It now returns results for postcodes outside of the US, as expected. 
• The membership reinstatement global settings are respected when going through the membership process.

Meetings + Shows

💡 NEW

• This month, we added the ability to query registration add-ons, sessions, and function ticket numbers all within the registration query. 
  
  

🛠 FIXES

• Two event-related queries were fixed this month, the ‘registration > amount paid’ output field now shows the correct amount for guest registrations and the ‘function > function tickets’ query output field is returning results as expected. 
• Some event-related processes in the portal weren’t working as expected, but they’ve been fixed. 
• The owner of a group registration was receiving an access denied error when attempting to view other registrations within their group. We fixed it! 

Certifications

🛠 FIXES

• Course offerings were unable to be saved due to an error. This is fixed, carry on with saving your course offerings and providing your members with stellar educational offerings.

Accreditations

🛠 FIXES

• We made minor fixes to the Accreditations app including ensuring that the phase advancement Billing Run does not advance organizations that have the ‘do not advance automatically’ box checked.

Orders + Inventory

💡 NEW

• We added support for inline product billing. Now, you’re able to bundle products with another. The bundled products will act as separate line items but are only shown to the purchaser as a single line item on the subsequent invoice.
  
  

🛠 FIXES

• We made minor improvements to the orders + inventory application for a better user experience. 

Awards + Nominations

🛠 FIXES

• The applicant’s name was visible during award reviews in the portal, even when blind reviews were enabled. This didn’t make sense, so we fixed it. 

Submissions + Reviews

🛠 FIXES

• When configuring review settings, the ‘Add a Bucket Assignment Rule’ configuration box did not display the available options. This is now fixed. 

Fundraising + Gifts

🛠 FIXES

• We fixed two errors related to merging records. Contacts with donor records are now merging as expected. 

Queries

💡 NEW

• You now have the ability to see the JSON of any query in the system, allowing you to graphically design queries and then use them in your code or integrations.

Integrations

💡 NEW

• We added the Departments field to the QuickBooks Online integration, allowing the departments you have set up in Rhythm to be automatically pushed to QuickBooks Online.
