Platform

🛠 FIXES

• When you drag an item onto a form, the item automatically opens for editing, causing a frustrating user experience. This has been fixed.
• Redirect links were fixed to direct users back to Membership purchase or Event registration after profile creation.

Contacts + Organizations

🛠 FIXES

• We tweaked some UI errors in the CRM app this month, it’s now better than ever!

Finance + Billing

💡 NEW

• We added the Transaction ID field to the batch export for authorized electronic payments.
  
  

🛠 FIXES

• Invoice templates had a UI error causing a confusing experience, but they’ve been fixed. 

Membership + Committees

💡 NEW

• You now can embed membership applications into the event registration or certification application process! Check out all the details here.

🛠 FIXES

• We made improvements to membership renewal through the universal shopping cart. 
• Minor improvements made the membership + committees app better than ever this month.

Meetings + Shows

🛠 FIXES

• Group Registration queries should display the amount paid for group registration, not the total sum amount. We fixed it! 
• Speaker profiles were unable to be deleted, even if they didn’t have an active session. This didn’t make sense, so we cleaned it up.

Certifications

🛠 FIXES

• Oops! Membership fields disappeared from the certification application, exam, and course registration queries, but they’re back. 
• The certification registration process was having issues saving, but we fixed it!

Accreditations

💡 NEW

• We added the ability to query the number of times a contact has served on a team, by Team Member Role. Now, you can quickly query a list to show the contacts' names, their team member roles, and the number of times they have served in that role. 
• The Accreditation Record ID has been added to the Organization Accreditation 360 screen right below the organization number. Now, you can easily copy the ID to your clipboard.
  
  

🛠 FIXES

• We cleaned up some Accreditation queries this month for a more predictable experience. 
• The Team Notice email was prompting an error when attempting to preview it in the console, this has been fixed. 
• We changed the phrasing in Accreditation Billing Runs to read “look for visits with visit dates” for a clearer user experience.

Awards + Nominations

🛠 FIXES

• We cleaned up the process to submit an award application in the portal – it won the award for Best Fix of the Month!

Submissions + Reviews

🛠 FIXES

• Submissions were not opening in the console for viewing when clicking from a contact’s 360 screen submission tab. That doesn’t make sense, so we reworked it. 
• Submission custom field values were not visible in the console, but they are now.

Fundraising + Gifts

🛠 FIXES

• Users were experiencing an error when attempting to donate via a bank account while using the public giving page. This is now working as expected.

Integrations

💡 NEW

• We worked some magic behind the scenes and increased the timeout from one (1) to three (3) minutes for the MailChimp integration. This means you can send large lists for email campaigns seamlessly, without timeouts.

🛠 FIXES

• Organization images were made public, meaning they can now be pushed to Higher Logic.
