💡 NEW
- We all forget our passwords sometimes. We added the ability for your console users to send password reset links to your members – without having to reach out to Rhythm support! On a contact’s 360 record in Rhythm, click on the security tab to find the password reset link to send to the member who needs a reset. Note: This only applies to traditional username and password logins. Passwords for social logins, such as Google or LinkedIn, must be reset directly with the provider by the individual.
- Sandbox environments in Rhythm now have full portal access – meaning you can test configuration settings for your portals in your sandbox, without worrying about messing up the settings in your live portal. To give this a try, head to Home > System Administration > Provisioning > Create a new request in order to provision a new tenant.

- We fixed an error preventing Google Maps from populating addresses throughout the system.
Contacts + Organizations
💡 NEW
- You can now change portal user passwords and generate reset password links directly in the console, so your constituents have uninterrupted access. You can find this new option on the security tab of any contact’s 360 screen.
- We added a new setup guide in the CRM app – to walk you through step-by-step processes.
🛠 FIXES
- There were a few minor fixes to CRM-related queries this month for a better reporting experience.
Finance + Billing
💡 NEW
- Associations that offer organizational memberships may require that all individuals receiving flowdown benefits be listed on an invoice attached to the organization. That’s why we added the ability to display a list of member contacts automatically on invoices generated during a membership application or renewal process.
🛠 FIXES
- We cleaned up some UI errors in the Finance app for a better user experience.
- Installment plans got a minor makeover this month – they are now working better than ever.
- Adding an internal note to a payment in the console wasn’t saving as expected, but it is now.
- We fixed a timezone issue that was causing the AR Snapshot Report to show incorrect results
Membership + Committees
💡 NEW
- Exciting news! We added a Membership Revenue report to allow you to quickly see how much revenue your membership offerings are bringing into your organization. Then, you can drill in to see how much each section, chapter, or package is contributing to the overall total. Go a step further and customize the report by time periods, so you can see how your membership revenue compares over time.
- We added the ability to enable all committee members to manage documents in the portal – you can also restrict this ability by committee member roles. When enabled, committee members can create and upload/download documents, as well as create folders within the portal for their documents.
- We added a step-by-step setup guide within the Membership app.

- We made minor enhancements throughout the Membership app for a more intuitive user experience.
Meetings + Shows
💡 NEW
- We added the ability for parent organizations to register contacts associated with a child or grandchild organization for events through group registration in the portal!
🛠 FIXES
- We tweaked some abstract-related processes – including queries, portal components, and event microsites.
- We know how important the event registration process is. It should encourage attendees to register and empower your staff to make it your best event yet. That’s why we made fixes to the registration process this month, including confirmation emails, modifying registrations, and coupons.
Certifications

- We made some tweaks to certification billing runs for a better experience.
- There were a couple of issues affecting certification directories and certification programs in the portal but we fixed them.
Accreditations
💡 NEW
- We added some new fields to contact queries in the Accreditations app – Number of Accreditation Teams, Most Recent Visit, and Candidate Status, so you’ll be able to quickly see how many times a user has been on an accreditations team and how recently.
- We updated the label on the Accreditation Details page from “Number” to “Accreditation Number” for clearer visibility.
- We added a ‘Visits’ subheading to the Accreditation Visits query.
- Contact Merge Fields have been added to Team Notices.
🛠 FIXES
- Accreditation-related queries got a refresh this month and are spiff and span!
- We made some UI updates to the Accreditations app and it’s now better than before.
Orders + Inventory
