đź› FIXES
- Accreditations were not available as a service in the data dictionary – but they are now.
- When modifying a custom field with a parent-child relationship, it shows the child values without the need to change the form first, as expected.
Contacts + Organizations
đź’ˇ New
- For our customers with constituents who have specific credentials that follow their name – we added a credentials field! You can now use the field to see and edit credentials attached to a contact in Rhythm.
- Similar to the above – we added an option to disable portal users from editing their credentials in the portal. If this is enabled, new contacts are able to add credentials next to their name in the portal, but existing contacts cannot add credentials.
đź› Fixed
- We realized that some prefixes have casing other than the standard prefix casing and should be retained as entered on a contact record. Adding a prefix other than the following defined prefixes will not be automatically modified and will retain the case as entered. Defined prefixes to be automatically modified in case: Mr, Mrs, Miss, Dr, Rev, Dir, Miss, Lord, Sir.
- The activities tab on an organization’s 360 screen was stuck in an infinite loading loop, preventing users from accessing activities related to an organization. Check on your fellow Rhythm users to make sure that no one has been hypnotized by the loading screen, it’s fixed now!
- Domains were not matching properly with organizations, but this is now working as expected!
- When merging contacts that had a profile image, the image was not coming over to the new record. This is now working!
Finance + Billing
đź’ˇ New
- We added the ability to specify file name templates for custom download batches – this is helpful when your financial system requires a specific extension.
- Similar to the above – we heard that our customers needed a little help when creating batch download templates. We added a quick in-app guide to help users through the process.
đź› FIXES
- The pop-out link to open transactions associated with the Subledger Entry Query was creating a confusing experience for users, so we removed it.
Membership + Committees
đź’ˇ New
- There are instances when an association may want to update chapter information such as the chapter website or email address without having to go through the portal to do so. We added the ability to edit chapter fields within the console!
đź› Fixed
- Special pricing is now calculating correctly to the decimal when included in a special pricing expression formula.
- Membership renewal dates were advancing incorrectly when the fixed expiration date fell on the Range End date – but we adjusted it.

Meetings + Shows
đź’ˇ NEW
- We created a new Event Revenue Summary report to give you full visibility into your event revenue and a breakdown of each category - all in one place. You can find this report under any of your events under the Reports tab.
- If documents are enabled on an event, file cabinets are not automatically created. This was creating a confusing experience, so we added verbiage to the event sessions documents tab that states no file cabinet has been set up for the event along with a link to create one.
- One of the best things in Rhythm is the flexibility around special pricing logic, so that your association can create pricing that makes sense for your attendees and programs. We added special pricing logic and deadline pricing to event sessions, functions, and event registration add-ons.
đź› Fixed
- Group admins were receiving an error when attempting to edit a registration in the portal. This is now fixed and they can go back to administrating their group registrations!
- An event name was displaying incorrectly in the subject line of the confirmation email received, but we fixed it right up.
- We fixed an issue where session descriptions were not searchable in the portal on the Schedule of Events page.
- If a registration add-on has a description, it wasn’t showing up during the registration process. But it is now – give your attendees full visibility into the add-ons they are choosing.
- The confirmation email designer wasn’t accepting uploaded images for some reason. That was weird…so we fixed it. Go back to adding beautiful images to your event confirmation emails.
- The group application process had a little bit of a diva moment last month and users weren’t able to edit it in the console. This is fixed!
- When adding a guest to a registration form – the user will now have to add a separate email address for the guest than the original registrants to avoid errors.
- Order confirmation emails for modified event registrations were referencing the date of the original registration, not the date it was modified. This is now fixed.
- When modifying an event registration with a sold-out function attached, the sold-out function was being removed from the registration. This was frustrating, so we fixed it.
- The abstract review assignment configuration rules were not being respected and were instead being assigned to a default review bucket. When you’ve configured something special to your association, it should be respected, so we fixed it.
Sponsorships
đź’ˇ NEW
- There is now support to configure custom fields on sponsorships!
Certifications
đź› Fixed
- The Open Applications KPI on the Certification Overview page has one job, right? To accurately display the number of open certification applications your organization has. It wasn’t displaying correctly, so we tweaked a few things and now it is.
- The global callout fields on an individual’s certification overview page were not properly populating the year for things like expiration dates and certification dates. This is now fixed and you can quickly preview when a certification was obtained, expires, and terminates.
- Similar to the above, text custom fields with number values were not displaying as they should on the global callout screen. This is now fixed!
- When attempting to edit an existing exam offering, users were receiving an access denied message. Don’t fret – we’ve fixed this and you can go back to editing exam offerings.
Orders + Inventory
đź’ˇ NEW
- We heard from customers that you need to include a country’s full name on international shipping labels due to delivery company requirements. We modified our query output fields to make sure that the full name of the country is spelled out, so it’s easier to simply pull the information from Rhythm and send it over for shipping. No more manually editing any information before creating shipping labels!
đź› FIXES
- Retroactively applying a coupon to an order was causing an error – this is working as expected now.
- The shipping method options were not changing when a user submitted a shipping address that was outside of the shipping zone for the shipping options shown. It is now!
- Portal users were unable to process a merchandise order due to an error. This is working as expected and your members can purchase merchandise in the portal.
- The Name (Product) field was not returning the product name in a query, but it is now.
- When selecting a new shipping address in the portal for a store purchase, the shipping address was reverting to the previously set preferred shipping address on the Review Order screen. Not anymore!
Awards + Nominations
đź› FIXES
- Using a coupon on an Award application was displaying an error. This wasn’t helpful, so you can now apply coupons to award applications, as expected.
Fundraising + Gifts
đź› FIXES
- We added the ability to set a fundraising product back to active after it had previously been inactive.
- Similar to the above, fundraising products that have been set to inactive will show on the inactive list in the console.
- Add-on donations that were purchased during a membership application process were not showing up on the donation 360 screen. This has been fixed! Continue to rally donations through new members + accurately report on them!
- Oops – a typo got the best of us. After making a donation, a message that the donation has been “processes” was displaying instead of “processed.” We’ve corrected it.

- Uh oh – users were unable to save any changes made to portal pages within the console. We fixed this!
Queries
đź› FIXES
- Scheduled queries with results were not sent when the "do not send an email when the query has no results" option is enabled. That seems backward, so we made it right.
Integrations
