Overview
Rhythm’s open API allows any customer to build their own integrations without needing direct support from Rhythm staff. Access to the API and our API documentation are included with your Rhythm subscription at no additional cost.
However, if your team, a third-party partner, or a consultant needs help finding the right endpoints or troubleshooting during development, Rhythm’s API Support Services can help. This service gives your developers direct access to Rhythm’s developers to ensure custom integrations are scoped properly and built successfully.
What’s Included
If your association purchases API support services, your own developers, consultants, or third-party partners will receive up to 15 hours of direct access to Rhythm’s developers. This time can be used to:
- Scope the integration
- Identify appropriate API endpoints
- Ask technical questions and get input on your integration code
- Troubleshoot integration errors
Please note: Rhythm’s developers will not build, host, or maintain the integration. Support is limited to the hours purchased. If additional support is needed, more time can be purchased in 15-hour blocks.
Pricing
The Advanced API Support Services package includes 15 hours of support. To inquire about pricing or request additional hours, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Project Manager (PM).
Scheduling
This package includes 15 hours of support, with a maximum of 3 hours available per week. Scheduling is subject to developer availability and existing product roadmap commitments.
To ensure timely delivery, we recommend initiating API support at least 8 weeks prior to your desired integration launch date, depending on the complexity of the work.
Use Cases
You may benefit from API Support Services if:
- You're integrating with a third-party vendor that Rhythm doesn’t currently support. API support gives that vendor access to Rhythm developers during the build.
- Your in-house developers need guidance connecting Rhythm with a custom-built or third-party tool.
- You're working with a consultant or existing partner who is expanding an existing integration with Rhythm.
