Rhythm allows users to analyze CRM data with both built-in and custom reports. Navigate to Reports by going to the CRM App then click Reports on the left navigation.
Standard CRM Reports
To run a standard report, hover over it and click the Run icon
- All Contacts - a report that displays a list of all contacts in the system
- All Organization - a report that displays a list of all organizations in the system
- Contacts by Organization - a report that shows a list of contacts by organization
- Birthdays by Month - a report that shows, by month, all contacts and their birthdays
- Contact Geographical Distribution - a report that shows how contacts are distributed throughout the world. Clicking on a country will drill down and show you how contacts are distributed over each state/province/subdivision
